Just an update

[Putting on the miles]
I rode 14.2 miles on my stationary bike tonight - I feel great! Rode 8.2 miles last night, and Anna and I went out on the W&OD trail on Labor Day. I think I'm goig to continue training and as I loose my excess weight and become healthier, I'm going to sign up in a cycling race. Anyone interested in joining me? I may have to get a new bike for that!

[Fashionable Footwear]
I went to the Orthopedist today for my follow-up appointment for my heel/ankle, and it appears I'm going to be wearing the boot for another 3 weeks. I still have pain. I am going to physical therapy, which is helping, What I don't know, however, is how I'm really supposed to assess if it is getting better, I mean, I think it is, but then again it's in a boot and I'm not using it like I normally would. It's frustrating!

[Lincoln]
Lincoln was declawed and neutered two weeks ago. He has recovered well, although last Friday I was scared since he has bitten the medical glue they used off, which took off his fur around where the claws used to be. So I took him in to the Vet first thing Saturday morning, but the Doctor said he was doing fine and it was normal. Thank goodness! Yesterday morning, he jumped up on my kitchen table - little rascal! I shooed him off, but then he was up there again - and got up there again tonight! That little brat - I know he was up there during the day yesterday too because the flower arrangement was knocked over when I got home. Oh kittens!

[Hair]
My hair is short short short! It's actually not too much shorter than my default picture, however, I got shorter layers on top, and I really like it.
