Memorial Day Project

Well over the Memorial Day weekend, I went to see the new Indiana Jones movie, and I also went swing dancing. I really wanted to scrapbook, but the fact that my front yard needed to be re-landscaped took up 10 hours of my time Sunday/Monday so I didn't get to do that. Here are some pictures of my new yard: my friend Troy helped me pick out the cement blocks and to plant a peony plant, a pussywillow tree, a hearty/study shrub(don't recall the name right now), some marigolds, and some impatients. We also had to cut the lawn back a bit because over the years it had gotten crooked. I bought new soil and then also mulched it too. I really like it!
