The latest with me

Working diligently on my picture wall in the bedroom -- found all but one frame I think | Started a new small group class at church Thursday nights on Culture and Christianity | Saw the movie "The Queen" with some friends - it's great movie, and the music was even better! | Have been enjoying the snow -- a few inches last weekend, and flurries a few days this week, it's supposed to snow again overnight tonight | Attended a surprise birthday party for a co-worker and where I managed to eat only one taquito (an accomplishment I must say!) | Washed my car Saturday - we had a day of 50-degree weather so I took advantage of that! Now it's nice an shiny again :) | My Director approached me this past week to take on a new job with more responsibility -- I meet with the Program Director tomorrow to discuss the role and will know the outcome by Tuesday (prayers!!!) | Had some friends over Friday night and successfully served espresso -- this time I didn't blow up my machine! We played Scrabble - it's been a LONG time since I had played!! | I'm starting to feel my pants loosen up a bit, which is an encouragement given my workout schedule | Am missing my family but trusting God with the desires of my heart | I'm off to bed because I have a big day tomorrow
