Back to normal?
WOW - It's maybe been the longest I've gone without posting on here! After a busy weekend at Gettysburg with Barry (his civil War infantry did a Living History program there), I finally test drove two cars and bought one of them! I ended up buying another Honda Accord - I like to stick to what I know (and love!) I guess! I then had two evenings after work to get my hair cut and to pack for my cruise. On the 21st, I flew to Seattle (though was delayed 4 1/2 hours!), and the next day, met Jen and her mom, Carol, and boarded the Norweigan Cruise Lines' SUN to Alaska! I posted a slideshow on my myspace page (too many pictures to post here!): Click here to check it out!
I got home Sunday, and now it's back to work. I have a lot of unpacking to do, cleaning around the house and outside to do, and a lot of catching up to do at work.
I'm hopeful that my life is going to return to some normal pace - I don't mind a curve ball here and there, but I've definitely had my fair share in the last month!
My grandmother is doing better - she has gained 10 pounds and is taking medication to help slow down the cancer - she could still use your prayers.
