Thanksgiving fun

Thanksgiving was a blast.....I arrived in Sacramento just before noon and my Aunt and uncle picked me up at the airport. We visited my cousin Kara in the hospital - she was admitted the night before to have last minute surgery on her left hand (a long story!!). Then we went to my cousin Matt's house in Newcastle and I surprised my parents and my older brother, Scott. It was funny. My dad actually had a dream that I would show up - guess he knows me pretty well! Thanksgiving day was fun - here are a few pictures! The adorable guy is Jack Thomas (I posted a picture last year too - reference my posting December 2004) and he is my cousin Matts' 15 month old. My mom was having a great time playing with him in his Halloween costume (it was too cute!!) My cousin Christina is pregnant (due in February) and that is her husband, Steve. They are having a girl, and her name will be Amanda Noelle. Next time I see them they will have a child - crazy!!

I was in Fresno for the weekend, and spent alot of time at home with my family - it was nice and long overdue in my opinion. We celebrated my dad's birthday, and unfortunately watched the Bulldogs loose to Nevada :( We ate yummy pie and put up Christmas decorations outside. My parents and I watched The Apprentice (Mark taped it for us since it showed ON Thanksgiving). It was a great weekend! I got stuck Monday when I tried to fly out to VA - I had to end up spending the night at La Quinta Inn in Sacramento Monday night, and I couldn't fly home until Tuesday (that's one LONG trip!) It's good to be back - to finish up the remainder of the year so I can head back for another (longer!) visit!
