A California Day!!!

Today was a beautiful day! It totally reminded me of a California day. Not a Fresno or Riverside day (at least during August), but just a beautiful 80's, sunshine, no humidity day! I sat outside during lunch and enjoyed the weather - I just let the sun soak into my skin until I felt nice and hot. I seriously think it was the nicest day I've experienced since I moved here. No rain - no humidty - blue skies - it was gorgeous! I SO didn't want to continue working. I wanted to leave to play in the sun - maybe take a bike ride - maybe lay out - maybe just a stroll - it was THAT wonderful! Well, I had to finish my work day of course. I decided that since it was such great weather, I'd work in my yard tonight after work. I got tons done! I must say that it looks much better - there were more weeds than I had imagined and and I founds lots of nasty pests - like ants, spiders, and a few beetles - ewww!!! Just writing this is ruining my perfect day! HA HA
