I think I found a house!
This is the house I put an offer on yesterday. I'm praying the sellers accept my contract. The house is 6 miles from work, and 8 miles from church - just a little further from DC than I wanted, but I think it's overall a great location. I really want a place with a garage, which this one has, and also doesn't have 3 or 4 bedrooms - just two, which is perfect!

Sounds perfect. I will join you in praying that they accept your offer. You will have an extra room for guests. I will try to come and visit you, but with the amount of time I have off this summer I don't think it will be until after my second STINT year.
