Randy Travis Concert!!!!
Yesterday at church, Pastor Greg announced that Randy Travis will be performing at our church Saturday evening, October 23 - sounds fun!! The girl sitting in front of me in the pew was overly excited - as soon as Pastor made the announcement, she was squirmish and jittery for the next 10 minutes. I could just visualize the thoughts and anticipation swirling around in that blonde head of hers. Now isn't that how we should feel about our God? Full of energy and zeal when we know we have the opportunity to hear and meet him? Yearning in anticipation for that next moment? The message I took home from church yesterday didn't just come from the sermon...........

No kidding - it amazes me how I get all giddy about people, more so than the Christ who died for me. Good lesson Kristin!
Thank you for that lesson. I am trying to be more excited about what God has done for me.
